There are 2 different exits at the Punta Cana Airport - one says "RENT-A-CAR / CREW / TAXI" or EXIT “B” and the other one says "VIP EXIT" or EXIT “A”. Please make sure to take the one to your right which is the EXIT “B". Upon leaving the airport building - short after passing by the RENT-A-CAR counters you will see your driver holding a sign with YOUR NAME on it.

We monitor your actual arrival time - so - don't worry if you will arrive earlier or with delay - we will be waiting for you - no matter how long your delay is. We also calculate the time you need to go through customs and luggage claim after your landing and estimate this time to be between 15 min and 1 hour.
